With the kids gone, this couple was looking for something different than the city living they were used to. They found a secluded lot near Union, Illinois. Scholl Construction began work on the 4200 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bath single story home with a crawl space and attached 2 car side load garage in January. It was ready for occupancy in June.

We built our home during a time when real estate took a hard hit which in turn meant we had less money for our custom built, dream home. Peter worked with us closely to make our dollar stretch as far as we could make it go.
